User-defined list of semi-finished products

In the settings of costing24 in the section Semi-finished products, you can import an own list of semi-finished products which is used globally for all calculations.

Based on the list of semi-finished products available in costing24, you can create your own list of semi-finished products in order to use it globally in costing24. The list can be created and modified in any spreadsheet, e.g. Excel. You can export the list available in costing24 as XLSX or CSV file and modify in a spreadsheet. The created table has to be saved as an XLSX or CSV file in order to be able to import it in costing24.

How can I generate an own list of semi-finished products?

The following table shown the valid features and their values which can be defined for the semi-finished products in costing24.

Note: In the first line of the table, all available feature identifiers of features have to be entered as column names. If a column has to be filled with values depends on the definition of the relevant feature.
Note: The order of columns can be set up in line with your preference. In costing24, the columns are always shown in a certain order.
Note: In the columns Identifier, Type, Material group and Material number, the relevant values must be entered, otherwise the list of semi-finished products cannot be imported. An error message will be displayed.

Which types of semi-finishd products are currently availale in costing24?

The following table shows valid values for the types of semi-finished products available in and their features costing24 for which the relevant values need to be entered.

Note: For all types of semi-finished products, at least one price has to be specified. For the type of semi-finished product named Blech, the Kilopreis or the Quadratmeterpreis is defined. For all other types of semi-finished products, the Kilopreis or the Meterpreis is defined.
